Hey there! It's been a minute since you've heard from me. I want to give you an update on what's been going on in my world.

I'll get straight to the point. I love coaching football, and I want to do it at the Division-I FBS level. I'm confident that my football knowledge, organizational skills, experience coaching at a competitive high school level, and strong interpersonal skills would make me an excellent addition to any Division-I football program.

I enjoy writing about football, but I love coaching the game. I hope that love has come across through my articles and in my Twitter posts. I've decided to put all of my effort and attention into obtaining a college coaching position. I know that I lack the qualifications to step into an on-field assistant role right now. However, I strongly believe that I would be a great fit as an analyst, quality control coach, or in a recruiting position.

As a result of this decision I won't be able to fulfill the promises that I've made to you all as subscribers to this publication. I'm so thankful for the support you have given me on this project. You've far surpassed any expectation that I had when I began writing full time.

For those of you on a paid monthly subscription your payments will stop going forward. If you're a subscriber paying on a yearly basis I will be refunding you for the difference between now and when your subscription was due to expire. I have started the refund process already, but you may not see this reflected in your bank account for a few days given the combined weekend and holiday. I hope that you find this to be a fair solution. If you have any issues please reach out to me with an email. I promise you that I am not trying to screw you over and will do everything I can to make things right.

Lately, I've been submitting a bunch of job applications. I've reached out to coaches to ask for advice and to inquire about potential future openings. I'll be attending the AFCA conference in early January to put my name out there as well. I will still post articles and scheme related tweets as I'm able and will make sure they are all free to consume.

In the long-term I'm optimistic that coaching will work out. I really believe that it's the reason I was put on this earth. With that being said, I've learned a ton about creating content on the internet. If, in the future, I return to writing on a full-time basis I know that I'll be able to apply the lessons I've learned to establish something even more special.

Again, thank you all so much for your support and kindness.
